Watermelon Sundaes

Fruits like watermelon are naturally sweet and can make great desserts!

What you’ll need

  • Cutting board

  • Knife

  • Melon baller

  • Small bowls

Ingredients, Serves 2

  • 1 Mini watermelon, seedless

  • ¼ cup Coconut, unsweetened shredded

  • 2 tbs Honey

  • ¼ cup Low-fat granola

  • 2 tbs Lime juice

Directions

  1. Slice the watermelon in half.

  2. Scoop watermelon into cups using melon baller or use a 1 tablespoon measuring spoon.

  3. Add selected toppings.
