Shrimp Ceviche

What you'll need

  • Cutting board

  • 2 Bowls

  • Measuring cups

  • Sharp knife

  • Spatula or spoon

Ingredients, Serves 4

  • 1 lb Shrimp, precooked

  • ½ cup Cilantro, finely chopped

  • 1 cup Tomatoes, chopped

  • ½ cup Red onion, chopped

  • 1 cup Cucumber, chopped

  • ½ cup Lime juice

  • Corn tostadas

  • Salt, to taste

  • Avocado, optional

Directions

  1. Chop up the precooked shrimp into pieces. Place chopped shrimp a large bowl.

  2. In a separate large mixing bowl, mix the remaining ½ cup lime juice, cucumbers, tomatoes, cilantro, and red onions.

  3. Transfer the mixed vegetables into the shrimp bowl and mix well to incorporate.

  4. Season to taste with salt.

  5. Serve with tostadas.
