Shrimp Ceviche

2 Bowls
Measuring cups
Sharp knife

Ingredients, Serves 4
1 lb Shrimp, precooked
½ cup Cilantro, finely chopped
1 cup Tomatoes, chopped
½ cup Red onion, chopped
1 cup Cucumber, chopped
½ cup Lime juice
Corn tostadas
Salt, to taste
Avocado, optional
Directions
Chop up the precooked shrimp into pieces. Place chopped shrimp a large bowl.
In a separate large mixing bowl, mix the remaining ½ cup lime juice, cucumbers, tomatoes, cilantro, and red onions.
Transfer the mixed vegetables into the shrimp bowl and mix well to incorporate.
Season to taste with salt.
Serve with tostadas.
